This painting is called "Christina's World". In the painting is a farmhouse, a barn and a girl, and there is a field between the girl and the farmhouse. I think the girl who wears a pink dress on the field is Christina. It seems that she has trouble getting to the farmhouse which in the top-right of the painting and I think the artist is trying to tell us that this is the world which Christina wants; however, even the world which Christina wants is just as simple as the one in the painting, she still can not have it. How sad it is!!
